Regular professional cleaning helps protect the windows from the elements, keeps the costs of cleaning the windows down, and it will make your home or business look new all year round.

Every location is different. We charge by the pane, however, there are many other factors that have to be considered when bidding a project: 

Do you have skylights...

Are yor windows stained from pollutants & weather...

Do they have paint & dust on them from previous work...

Do you have trees growing up against the building...

Each of these aspects and more are taken into account so we can present you with bid containing a firm price.

Certain Stucco finishes, when not sealed and  maintained properly, will cause a runoff onto the glass and create stains.

Clean out dryer vents regularly.

Protect your windows from hard-water stains by placing sprinkler guards to block any over spray from hitting your windows.

Keep bushes and trees trimmed away from your windows to prevent mildew deposits from forming on them.

Due to the lack of sun on the north side of your building, extra buildup can occur. Keep the windows clean to avoid major expenses in the future.

We recommend cleaning your windows 3-4 times per year. Some of our clients have us clean their glass once a month as well as others who want it only once a year.
